All candidates are selected in compliance with the Private Security Agencies Regulation (Rules), 2007. Final deployment is done only after police verification and character verification of the candidates.

Terms & Conditions
The quoted rates are applicable per security personnel for a full month and are exclusive of GST.
GST will be charged extra at applicable rates as per government norms.
Only trained, experienced, and sector-specific personnel will be deployed.
Salaries, leave wages, provident fund, and statutory benefits are included in the proposed rates.
Uniforms for all deployed staff will be provided by PURVASHADA SECURITY SOLUTION.
Security personnel will function under the administrative instructions of the client.
Replacement staff will be provided in case of leave, absence, or emergency.
Security personnel are authorized to check staff or visitors when required for safety purposes.
One authorized representative from the client side will issue instructions to the deployed staff.
Security staff can maintain attendance, visitor, movement, and stock registers if required.
The quoted rates are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.
Proper communication facilities must be provided at the guard cabin.
A minimum lead time of 15 days is required for recruitment, training, and deployment.
The client shall not employ our personnel directly or indirectly for one year after contract termination.
The contract duration will be one year unless mutually extended.
Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s advance notice.
Payments must be made to PURVASHADA SECURITY SOLUTION by the 7th of the following month via cheque, draft, or online transfer.
